How to measure
Three easy steps, no tools needed.
Grab string or a ruler
A ruler, a piece of string, a shoelace or a strip of paper all work.
Measure the handle
Either hold a ruler straight across the thickness of the handle, or wrap string once round it, pinch where it meets, and lay it against the ruler.
Type it in above
Choose which way you measured, enter the number in millimetres, and we’ll tell you if Twistaroo should fit.

Trolleys vary
Most standard full-size supermarket trolley handles fall in the 20–40mm range. But even within one supermarket there can be full-size trolleys, smaller ones, and trolleys with child seats or mobility attachments, and handle thickness can differ between them. So measure the type you use most.
Round tube handles work best
The rod grips by wrapping round the handle, so it’s happiest on round tubes. If your handle is flat, oval or very unusual, send us a photo before you order and we’ll tell you honestly.

What if my measurement is right on the edge?
Email a photo of your handle and your measurement to sam@twistaroo.co.uk and we’ll tell you honestly whether it should work. And every Twistaroo has a 30-day money-back guarantee if it doesn’t.
Will it fit other handles, like a pushchair?
Twistaroo is designed for supermarket trolley handles. Any round handle between 20mm and 40mm thick should wrap fine, but we haven’t tested it on every kind, so we can’t make promises about pushchairs, bikes or anything else. Ask us and we’ll be straight with you.
Will it mark or scratch the handle?
The rod is coated in smooth rubber, so it grips without scratching.
My trolley handle is flat or oval. Will it work?
Wrapping works best on round tube handles. If yours is flat or an unusual shape, email us a photo before you order: sam@twistaroo.co.uk.
