Questions
Buying it as a gift.
Can I send it straight to them?
Yes. Enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout and we’ll post it directly to them.
Is it difficult to put on?
Not at all. The rod simply wraps round the trolley handle and grips by itself – no clips, clamps or tools – and it takes under ten seconds.
Will it fit the trolleys at their supermarket?
It’s made for standard supermarket trolley handles between 20mm and 40mm thick – that covers Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Waitrose and Costco, and most other UK supermarkets.
Which size should I choose?
The A5 suits most people. Choose the A4 if they write large or like long lists, or the phone holder if their list lives in an app.
What if they don't like it?
Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, including the original postage. Read our returns policy.
